Who Are We?

We are a firm of experienced Costs Draftsmen, offering a professional service. We provide expertise in all costing fields and employ specialists in Civil and Family work. We can complete the costing process all the way from drafting bills to settling costs with the other side or attend detailed assessment.

Partners:

Graham is our most experienced Cost Draftsman and has dealt with a wide variety of Civil matters ranging from Commercial Litigation, such as Partnership Disputes/Receivership or Planning Disputes, to Employers and Public Liability claims. Graham regularly attends Detailed Assessment Hearings on behalf of both paying and receiving parties

Leanne Whittaker

Leanne is the Practice Manager in charge of account administration and file management.

Rob Patterson

Rob has considerable experience in large and complex civil litigation and is an experienced advocate having attended numerous detailed assessment hearings on behalf of both receiving and paying parties.

Francesca Parness AALCD

Francesca has wide experience in 'Civil Costing' with an equal proportion of Defendant and Claimant work. She is an experienced advocate having attended the SCCO on numerous occasions. Other experience includes high costs cases for publicly funded work.
